Fans of the Cavinder twins – Haley and Hanna – got some good news this past week. They will be returning to play college basketball for the Miami Hurricanes.
The Cavinder Twins are social media sensations who have parlayed that online success by taking advantage of the new Name, Image, & Likeness (NIL) rules in the NCAA.
They helped Miami reach its first Elite Eight at the 2023 NCAA tournament. Haley averaged 12.2 points and 4.9 rebounds for the squad her senior year while Hanna contributed 3.8 points and 1.6 assists per contest.
Hanna and Haley’s NIL deals have earned the pair a pretty penny ($1.6 million annually according to one report).
So it seems likely they’ll be able to cash in just a little bit more in the upcoming season. And with that will come some more incredible social media posts.

Living The Dream
Hanna and Haley posted about their new workout program and celebrated it as a lifelong dream come true.
“First it was my wombmate, then my best friend, and now my business partner,” they write. “We always dreamed about this when we were little, and now we’re living our dream together.”
And showing up in dreams of many of their fans, we suspect.
Red, White, And Two
The Cavinder twins took a moment to promote some clothing from Dairy Boy, one of the hottest New York brands according to people who know about such things.
They can often be seen wearing their clothing.
This past Labor Day, they opted to show a little American pride. Captioning it: “Red, white, and two.”

The Fitness Journey
The girls are always sharing their “fitness journey” and did so with some fantastic two-piece bikini snaps for their followers.
They reminded viewers that fitness results don’t just happen overnight. It is a slow but steady process.
We’re just glad they’re taking us on that journey together.
Topia Twins
Hanna and Haley posed on the front of a boat deck, hand-in-hand, donning vibrant swimwear.
Hanna flaunts a colorful bikini with black sunglasses, blonde locks wrapped up in a casual bun. Haley complements her sister in a cheeky neon orange swimsuit, accentuating it all with a camo trucker hat.
The girls told SI at the time that they enjoy doing what they do to “inspire” younger girls who play basketball or play any type of sport that they can accomplish anything.

Ride ‘Em Cowgirls
Haley and Hanna shared some pics from a wedding in Nashville and the theme seemed to be country music.
The girls shared several snaps donning cowboy hats and singing and dancing throughout the night.
Oh, and the bride just happened to be their sister, Brandi Cavinder.
Food Is Fuel
The Cavinder twins joined fitness specialist Kat Padgett to share their workout efforts and progress with nutrition, reminding fans that “food is fuel.”
They credit Padgett with helping them through their “darkest days battling with our eating disorder and body dysmorphia.”
The girls can be seen doing squats, deadlifts, and showing off their own versions of “fuel.”

Night On The Town
Hanna and Haley showed off their stunning evening gowns as they headed off for the ESPY Awards last year.
People Magazine shared exclusive photos of the two getting ready for their night out. Or getting “glammed up” as People put it.
They looked fantastic!
From Glam, To Fitness, And Back Again
The Cavinder twins showed off just how seamlessly they can transition from looking glamorous, to hitting the gym in a hardcore workout, and then back again.
The two are seen in beautiful evening outfits set for a beach environment, before shifting to their fitness get up.
And then it’s back again.

In another video featuring the girls in bikinis, Hanna and Haley show off some of their diet plan and note how they transformed from their younger look to the fit bodies they have now.
