The pop star Taylor Swift has responded after her Kansas City Chiefs’ boyfriend Travis Kelce was named as the number one tight end in the NFL.
No small feat considering how many good TEs there are out there!
Swift Responds To Kelce’s Success
Swift, 34, liked an Instagram post shared by the account ESPN NFL.
“Who’s the best tight end in the game?” the post read.
A photo of Kelce, 34, in his chiefs uniform pointing up to the sky was shared beside the message along with the words, “1. Travis Kelce.”
This is the fifth year that ESPN has carried out these surveys to create rankings of the top 10 players in 11 different NFL positions.
“His 51 receiving first downs and 65.6 yards per game ranked first among tight ends,” Fowler said of Kelce. “And under the bright playoff lights, Kelce delivered with 32 catches for 355 yards and three touchdowns in four games.”
Yeah, definitely the best!

Kelce’s Stellar Season
Kelce caught 93 passes for 984 yards and five touchdowns in 2023. He then hauled in 32 passes for 355 yards and three touchdowns during the Chiefs’ four playoff games.
Swift also liked a second post from the Chiefs that celebrated Kelce’s latest achievement.
“ESPN knows what’s up. Congratulations, @killatrav 🏹,” this caption read.
Kelce and Swift went public with their relationship in September of last year. Afterwards, Swift became a mainstay at Chiefs games for the rest of the season. She ultimately cheered the team on all the way to a Super Bowl victory back in February.
Throughout this NFL offseason, Kelce has been supporting Swift. He’s travelled all over the world to watch her Eras Tour concerts. Kelce has attended her shows in various cities in South America, Australia, Asia, and most recently Europe.

Kelce Is Having A Ball
Kelce has made it clear that he’s been having a blast with Swift.
“It’s been the funnest year of my life, I can definitely say that,” Kelce the Golf Channel. “I said that after the Super Bowl [in 2023] when I played my brother, meeting my brother at the mountain top was the peak of my life. You know, it’s just kind of been, keep going up and up from there.”
When asked if another Super Bowl victory is in the cards for him, Kelce played it coy.
“Who knows man,” he said. “Who knows where this thing goes, if I get a chance to win another one.”
