United States gymnast Jordan Chiles made a triumphant return to social media by posting images of what US Weekly describes as a “skimpy” bikini.

It was her first post in nearly two weeks as she had stepped back in the midst of the ongoing Olympic bronze medal controversy, citing mental health concerns.

It seems she’s been able to find a bit of peace while dealing with the fallout. “Golden paradise,” she captioned her post.

“In one of the snaps, Chiles can be seen smiling behind a pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses as she sits upright on what appears to be a poolside daybed,” the outlet writes.

It’s good to see the Olympic gold medalist getting a little R&R.

Jordan Chiles Finds Confort In Her Bikini Snaps

Chiles’ bikini photoshoot comes as she bears a heavy burden from the stress of controversy at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics.

Jordan initially won the bronze medal in the women’s floor exercise final after a successful appeal by her coach. However, the medal was later stripped due to the appeal being lodged four seconds past the one-minute deadline.

Romania’s Ana Bărbosu, who initially came in third in the competition, was dropped to fifth. Once the appeal was overruled, the bronze was again awarded to Bărbosu.

Chiles found the stress of social media to be too much during the controversy.

“I am taking this time and removing myself from social media for my mental health thank you,” she wrote in an Instagram story.

Making matters worse, a second Romanian gymnast has now filed an appeal claiming the bronze medal is rightfully hers.

Good To See Her Back

It’s great to see Jordan Chiles brush off the bronze medal controversy by taking a dip back into social media with these incredible bikini pics.

Chiles looks effortlessly radiant, lounging by what seemed like a luxurious poolside. Her confidence as bright as the bronze sun above her.

That’s the Jordan her teammates all know and love.

“Welcome back! We missed you,” one fan wrote on her post.

Indeed, we did.

Prior to the bronze medal drama unfolding, Chiles won gold in the team competition. She also has a silver from the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
