The post-NFL life of ex-New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has been one of the most fascinating things sports fans have ever witnessed.
Where once the man known singularly as ‘The Hoodie’ spoke nary a word and exhibited the personality of a mushroom, he is now a constant source of entertainment, free from the encumbrances of the NFL.
Whether it’s his foray into “Instaface,” his dating life with a 24-year-old, or even sliding into a cheerleading feud, the man is a constant source of awesome.
But it was his ex-girlfriend who provided the awesome for Halloween. Linda Holliday, who dated Belichick for 16 years before they split in September 2023, wore a costume from the movie Kill Bill.
It’s not exactly subtle.
Bill Belichick’s Ex Makes Interesting Choice For Halloween
Linda Holliday made an appearance dressed as “The Bride” from Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill films, a role famously played by Boston’s own Uma Thurman.
The image was shared on The “GoJo and Golic” show, which is co-hosted by former ESPN star Mike Golic and his son Mike Golic Jr.
“Subtle as a sledgehammer,” Golic Jr. piped in.
Check it out:
It's almost Halloween, and Linda Holliday, Bill Belichick's Ex, was spotted dressed up as Uma Thurman's character from 'Kill Bill' đâď¸đł

"This is not a subtle costume at all!" @golic

The sledgehammer-level costume comes as Belichick, 72, has been famously flaunting his 24-year-old former cheerleader girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, in public.
Now he’s all over social media with the young woman, making bear claw gestures and wearing cheerleader squad sweatshirts. It seems his ex noticed.
Holliday Responds
Holliday responded to the uproar over her costume, explaining that it was an innocent attempt at humor and that people need to lighten up.
âCan everyone please stop being offended by absolutely EVERYTHING?â she said in an Instagram Story. âYaâll [sic] would have never survived in the Eddie Murphy, Andrew Dice Clay, etc, etc days.”
“Shoot you wouldnât survive the late night talk shows like Jay Leno or David Letterman.â
âFor the love of God, laugh a little. Lighten up. Everything isnât an attack,” she added.
I swear on my life that if Bill Belichick responds to his ex by wearing a cheerleader uniform on Halloween, I will absolutely lose my ever-loving mind.
