It’s another day ending in ‘Y’ and another day in which Jason Kelce has been spotted acting like a frat boy in public. Ya gotta love it at times.

Other times, not so much.

Video circulating on social media shows the retired seven-time Pro Bowler driving a Philadelphia Eagles helmet-themed golf cart down the street. While wearing a Mummers costume.

The former Eagles player couldn’t handle a hairpoint turn (in the middle of a street) and promptly flipped the cart.

It’s unclear when this video took place, but People magazine speculates it was part of filming for his new late-night talk show, which premieres on ESPN next month.

Jason Kelce’s Cart Flip

I guess we can cut him some slack here. If he was filming a commercial for ESPN or it was a stunt for his new talk show, They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce, then it’ll probably be a hilarious bit.

It makes sense if you think about it. Watching the video, you can see Kelce attempt the turn initially but have to try again once, realizing he didn’t have the speed to tip the cart.

Kelce revealed the five-episode talk show during an appearance with another late-night host, Jimmy Kimmel.

“When I first approached ESPN with potentially working for them and ‘Monday Night Football’ football was a big part of that and ‘Monday Night Countdown,’ I loved late-night shows,” the former Philadelphia Eagles center told Kimmel.

If the cart flip is any indication, Kelce’s show will be infinitely more entertaining than anything Kimmel has put out in years.

Earlier this year, Kelce revealed he lost his Super Bowl ring in a pool of chili. If madcap comedy is your thing, Jason Kelce has what you’re looking for.

The Antics Keep Piling Up

The Monday Night Countdown analyst has been involved in a recent spate of dopey incidents followed by an apology.

During the broadcast of ESPN’s show before the Dallas Cowboys game against the Cincinnati Bengals, Jason Kelce referred to the city of Dallas as the “butthole and armpit of America.”

In a more serious incident, Kelce was forced into an apology after an investigation was opened up into an incident with an obnoxious Penn State fan who hurled homophobic slurs and taunts about his brother Travis.

He smashed the guy’s phone and then repeated the slur at least three times.

It probably would have been better if he just hit him with the Eagles helmet golf cart.
