Pop star Taylor Swift was met with a noticeable level of booing from the crowd at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans at Sunday night’s Super Bowl.
After being told she’s the greatest thing since sliced bread by the NFL and the hometown Chiefs fans, the “Bad Blood” singer was met with a harsh dose of reality.
Philadelphia Eagles fans turned out in the Big Easy, it seems.
Swift, shown on the Jumbotron during pre-game festivities, was clearly taken back by the crowd’s reaction. She gave a side-eye look, did a double take, and then leaned down to say something to the person in front of her.
“What’s going on?” it looks like she asked.
The official end of woke celebrity culture.

Taylor Swift Hit With A Dose Of Reality
Taylor Swift wasn’t the only one hit with a dose of reality at the Super Bowl. The Kansas City Chiefs, who had been carried by the NFL officiating crews throughout the playoffs, finally played a game so bad that it was too big to rig.
Tay Tay’s boo, tight end Travis Kelce, laid an absolute egg that stunk so bad it made his haircut seem pleasant by comparison. Four catches for 39 yards.
Quarterback Patrick Mahomes was atrocious, his stats padded later in the game as he was free to start throwing bombs with his team down by more than four scores. Here are Mahomes’ first-half stats:
- 6 for 14.
- 33 yards passing.
- Zero touchdowns.
- Two Interceptions, one for a pick-six.
- A 24-0 deficit.
The Chief’s offensive line was run over by a truck throughout the game. They had no running game (Mahomes led the way with 25 yards on four carries), they gave up six sacks, and Patrick was constantly on the run.
It was a thorough beatdown.

President Takes A Shot
If all of that wasn’t bad enough, President Donald Trump took a shot at Taylor Swift after the Super Bowl. It included a backhanded jab at the pathetic play by the Chiefs.
“The only one that had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift,” he wrote on social media. “She got BOOED out of the Stadium.”

Let’s face it – The Chiefs didn’t belong here. They were perhaps the worst 15-win team in football history, barely scraping by inferior teams and being carried across the finish line by suspect officiating. That assist kept up throughout the playoffs.
While we heard endless reruns of “Aaron Rodgers is washed up,” nobody mentioned that he had a better season than Mahomes.
Kelce, meanwhile, may have played his last NFL game, as rumors have swirled all season that he would be retiring at the end of the year.
What will the league do with their cash cow in Taylor Swift marketing if that happens? Will they be able to manufacture another relationship to draw in viewers next season and beyond?
