Chicago Sky rookie sensation Angel Reese just announced the launch of a new podcast called “Unapologetically Angel.”

The podcast, which promises to delve into unfiltered conversations with various celebrities, is scheduled to debut on September 5th. New episodes will be dropping every Thursday.

A trailer for the new show was posted and shared by Reese, who said she’s “so excited for this.”

The video shows the WNBA rookie tapping a pink microphone as she sits down ready to give her fans a taste of her ‘unapologetic’ commentary.

It includes clips of Reese on the court and looking as glamorous as ever on the red carpet.

Angel Reese Podcast Coming Soon

Angel Reese is in heavy demand nearly everywhere she goes right now. The Sky forward just dropped news about a huge endorsement deal with Reese’s Pieces days ago.

Her website launched nine extraordinarily overpriced apparel items in collaboration with the candy company.

That follows a partnership with Reebok which includes the launch of the “Reebok by Angel” collection, and the expectation of her own signature shoe line in the future.

She even hinted at a possible movie role in the near future.

But before that, “Unapologetically Angel” is right around the corner. Emmy Award winner Maya Reese (no relation) will be working as co-host and co-producer of the show.

Reese, in a separate clip posted to X said, “I’m looking forward to this. I’m super excited.”

“Y’all are going to see you’re favorite celebrities, actresses, artists, anybody that you wanna see.”

Going To Clear Up ‘False Narratives’

Angel Reese seems pretty excited about the new podcast.

“I’m taking my voice back [and] clearing all the false narratives,” she declared. “I hope y’all ready.”

Perhaps one of those narratives that can be addressed is why she can’t hit layups and why fans are starting to think she’s intentionally missing them in order to pad her rebounding stats.

That would make for great content.

Reese so far this season is averaging 13.5 points per game and leading the league with 12.9 rebounds per contest.

Earlier this season she set a WNBA rookie record with a streak of 15 consecutive games in which she hit double digits in both scoring and rebounds. She has recorded 22 such double-doubles.
