Caitlin Clark, the Indiana Fever’s rookie sensation, recently took some time off the court to take in a Taylor Swift Eras Tour show.
No, thankfully the building did not explode from the sheer star power contained inside.
Attending the concert at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Clark was visibly excited about the experience, sharing said excitement through an Instagram story.
How big was the show in her eyes? Pretty big.
The WNBA Rookie of the Year took a moment to post about it, saying in all caps, “I’m fired up!!”
Well, she used a lot more exclamation points than that, but you get the picture.
She was even seen at the show exchanging friendship bracelets with other fans.

Guess Who Caitlin Clark Was Sitting Near At The Taylor Swift Concert
Caitlin Clark seemed to have good seats for the Taylor Swift concert. Good enough to be in close range to the pop star’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce. Perhaps she was a guest of the power couple?
A reporter for Indiana’s pro basketball teams reported on X that Clark and Kelce were in the same box, with the Kansas City Chiefs star right in front of her.
“I’m told Travis Kelce is at Night 2 of Taylor Swift in Indy tonight, sitting in front of Caitlin Clark in the same box,” the reporter wrote. “The Chiefs play on Monday Night Football.”
Clark is often seen making an appearance at some big concerts in Indianapolis. Over the summer, Clark got up on stage at a Jordan Davis concert with teammate Lexie Hull.

Taylor Swift Chose Indianapolis For A Reason
Taylor Swift indicated she chose Indianapolis to wrap up her Eras Tour for a specific reason. No, not to give Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever a show.
Because the city, in her view, rocks.

“We spent the entire year of 2024 taking the Eras Tour all over the world,” Swift told fans at the show. “We went to Australia, Asia and spent all our summer in Europe.”
“And I remember thinking, you know, if we’re gonna end all of our U.S. shows at one place, we’ve got to pick a place where the fans are so incredible, so dedicated, so generous, so passionate, so fun.”
She’s most likely playing for the crowd, but Clark is undoubtedly appreciative.
